Disculpa, cierto que al no especificar lleva a confusión.

Mi pc tiene unas características similares al tuyo, sin embargo no logro esos frames. Así que pueda consumir uso el Spain UHD y active sky, aviones suelo usar los de toliss y ixeg.

Mi pregunta era más bien que qué tenías para conseguir esos frames

Muy buenas normalmente nos fijamos en el procesador, la RAm y la grafica. Es normal cuanto mejor sea todo esto mejor sera el motor de nuestro ordenador, pero tambien hay que fijarse en otras cositas que parecen no tan importantes y sin embargo si lo son, por ejemplo.

Fuente alimentacion si tenemos muchos discos duros, grafica potente, ventiladores, etc. pues tendrá que ser minimo 800W de ahí para arriba.

La placa base es muy importante y os explico por que.

Yo tengo 4 discos duros 2 SSD SATA 3 a 6Gb/s y dos normales SATA 2 a 3Gb/s. Bueno pues si mi placa base no tiene los conectores adecuados o nosotros no lo ponemos en el conector adecuado, puede resultar que un disco duro SSD que es capaz de ir a 6, nos vaya a 3., Lo mismo pasa con los que son capaz de ir a 3 si no estan bien iran a 2 o a 1Gb/s.

Los conectores que son capaces qde ir a 6Gb/s en mi placa son de color naranja, ahí tengo los dos SSD uno para el sistema Win10 y otro para los simuladores P3D V4 y V5. Con esto me aseguro que esos dos discos van al maximo que pueden.

Los otros dos los tengo en otros conectores que son azules y que van a 3 Gb/s que es el maximo que pueden ir estos discos.

Y el lector DVD lo tengo en otro conector negro que va a 1 Gb/s.

Imaginad que un SSD lo pongo en el conector negro o en el azul, pues tengo el mismo ordenador que otros en cuanto a procesador y demás pero a mi no me va a ir bien.

MI scenry.packs Los que veais disable es que el ultimo vuelo que hice ayer fue por Subamerica y con el organicer, se puede deshabilitar todo lo que no vas a usar de esa manera  no lo carga. de la misma manera cuando el vuelo es por España o Europa deshabilito America norte y sur y Asia. eso ya es a gusto. Yo antes tenia muchas cosas más pero al final se pisaban unas  a otras y la manera que mejor me va es con lo que veis abajo

OJO el que veis abajo del todo solo esa carpeta ZZZ_hd_global_scenery4 ocupa 120GB

Porque no tiene en la interfast la opcion de marcar vulkan.

Pero algo no me cuadra: tengo estos componentes
 
procesador i7  3770  -  3.4 a 3.7Mhz
RAm  16 ddr3
Grafica GTX 1050ti 4Gb
 
siendo similares a los tuyos, no logro esos picos de 40 fps como tu tienes. quizas ahora con Vulkan tenga de 30 como mucho. 
 
Tengo X-plane en un disco SSD pero los escenarios en otro HDD con accesos directos como indicas. He comprobado la instalación en la placa base y está bien colocado Sobre la biblioteca no me preocupo mucho, uso X-organizer
. 
La unica diferencia en la configuración gráfica que veo es en los reflejos, tu los tienes a 0 mientras yo los tengo en medio. Pero sin embargo, tu calidad de texturas está en máximo y el antialaising en 2x mientras que yo tengo las texturas en un punto por debajo tuyo y el antialaising al mimimo
 
Probaré con la defragmentación del disco, a ver si consigo algo
 
Añado: me he fijado que el parametro F/sim se me queda fijo en 19 (que no se que es)

La desfragmentacion de los discos es imprescindible. Dependiendo del tiempo que lleves sin hacerla, de la capacidad y de lo que tengas , puede tardar hasta 30 minutos o mas, pero hay que hacerlo.
Te comente que a mi me va mejor en un sata 2 a 3 Gb/s que en un SSD. Lo bueno que tiene Xplane es que no necesitas desinstalar nada. copias y pegas en otro disco y funciona igual. lo único a tener en cuenta es que luego los vinculos tienen que ser al nuevo lugar. ojo a lo mejor a ti no te va tan bien en un sata 2
Los reflejos matan el ordenador, yo no tengo siempre 40 con el zibo no paso de 30
A mi en el parametro f-sim pone lo mismo que  que en f-act es decir los frames que esten en ese momento.
Prueba a poner los setting como yo lo tengo a ver si ves mejora

Me ha dado por borrar la carpeta "preferences" no sin antes guardar una copia del mapeo del joystick de cada avion. Al borrarla y volver a entrar, x-plane te genera una nueva. 
 
Pues bien, ahora manteniendo los mismos gráficos, incluso subiendo la calidad de las texturas a alto, logro nada mas y nada menos que 50 frames!!! y eso sin usar Vulkan... 
 
ahora estoy mas contento que mi niño en navidad!

Jorge yo tengo el mismo ordenador y grafica que tu y si llego a los 40 frames y algo más, he notado diferencia al configurar el panel de la grafica siguiendo los pasos de este video

A mi me ha valido mucho en la subida de frames y fluidez del xplane, sin el vulcan que no lo uso.
